The Caledon Estate cellar door is more than a place to taste exceptional wines. It is also a destination to savour Tasmanian produce alongside them. With ever-changing valley views as your backdrop, the dining experience celebrates both the vineyard and the region’s seasonal bounty.

On weekdays, Thursday, Friday and Monday, visitors can enjoy a relaxed experience with beautifully prepared cheese platters, duck or chicken terrine, and black truffle crisps. Each item pairs perfectly with Caledon’s cool-climate wines, making it the ideal way to slow down and savour the flavours of the Coal River Valley.
On weekends, the cellar door transforms into a vibrant dining space with an à la carte menu available from 11:45 am to 4:00 pm. Crafted with the best of Tasmania’s local produce, each dish is designed to complement the wines grown just metres away. From November this menu will evolve into a relaxed wine bar offering for the summer months, creating a casual and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
