At the heart of the distillery is Annie, their 600L copper pot still, proudly built in Tasmania and named after their mother, Anna, whose strength and encouragement continue to inspire their work. Together with Annie, Sam and Chris handcraft small-batch spirits that capture both the purity of Tasmania’s environment and the spirit of discovery.
Visitors to the Cambridge distillery, located just five minutes from Hobart Airport, can enjoy guided tastings and tours, making it the perfect first stop on arrival or a final taste of Tasmania before departure. The range includes classic Single Malt Whisky, Dry Gin, and Sloe Gin, alongside unique creations such as Spiced Pumpkin Gin and Absinthe.
