Every Man and His Dog Vineyard is a boutique winery located in the heart of Tasmania’s Coal River Valley, one of the state’s premier food and wine destinations. Though small in scale, the vineyard produces exceptional wines that capture the essence of the region’s cool-climate terroir. Signature varieties include Siegerrebe and Ehrenfelser, alongside elegant Pinot Noir, bold Cabernet Sauvignon, and sparkling styles.
