The vineyard produces a wide range of varieties including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Merlot, Gamay, Cabernet Franc, and Tasmania’s only Chenin Blanc. Guests can enjoy both Estate and Reserve wines, along with a gold medal-winning dessert wine, each reflecting the unique terroir and craftsmanship that defines Nocton.
At the heart of the vineyard is acclaimed winemaker Alain Rousseau, whose French heritage and Tasmanian expertise shape wines that are thoughtful, precise and expressive of place.
